4. Service Terms & Payment Conditions
1. Scope of Service
MonteAzura provides concierge and intermediary services, assisting clients with restaurant reservations, event tickets, travel arrangements, and similar requests. MonteAzura acts solely as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers.
2. No Guarantee of Availability
MonteAzura does not guarantee the availability or successful completion of a specific reservation or service.
If a requested booking cannot be completed, MonteAzura will issue a full refund for the corresponding amount, excluding any successfully rendered services.
3. Limitation of Liability
MonteAzura shall not be held liable for:
- Any failure, delay, or cancellation by third-party providers (restaurants, hotels, event organizers, etc.),
- Any indirect loss, consequential damage, or loss of enjoyment.
The client expressly waives any claim for compensation, damages, or interest beyond the refund of the paid amount for the unavailable service.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for MonteAzura services may be made via Stripe or bank transfer (wire payment), as instructed by MonteAzura at the time of booking.
All payments must be completed before MonteAzura proceeds with the requested reservation or service.
Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Service Terms and the Privacy Policy.
By proceeding with payment (whether via Stripe or bank transfer), the client confirms that:
- They have reviewed the details of the requested service,
- They authorize MonteAzura to act on their behalf to make the necessary reservation or purchase,
- They accept these Service Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Prices are indicated in euros and include all applicable taxes. VAT not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the French Tax Code.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have been fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period or to customized requests expressly initiated by the client. By submitting a personalized request or confirming a booking, the client acknowledges and accepts that the service may begin immediately and waives the right of withdrawal once execution has started.
6. Refund Policy
If a reservation cannot be fulfilled, MonteAzura will refund the client in full for the corresponding portion of the payment.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment (Stripe or bank transfer) within a reasonable timeframe, typically 3–10 business days.
No additional compensation, damages, or interest shall be due.
7. Applicable Law
These Service Terms are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the courts of Chambéry, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
